USED TROLLEY BOOMS

We rebuild our USTC booms "better than new" and stand
behind them with a 180 day limited warranty.

• The upper sections are cleaned, dis-assembled, and all needed mechanical parts are inspected and replaced.

• The boom structure is inspected for straightness and conformity to original factory equipment.

• All welds are inspected and repaired by our certified welders.

• The entire structure is sandblasted and primed, and inspected again for any structural defects.

• We check all bushings and pins against standards and replace as needed, so the boom is tight to the original tolerances.

• All cylinders are sent to our cylinder rebuilder and come with a 180 day warranty.

• We build the body to customer specifications, new or used, and the entire vehicle is designed on our software system to meet customer needs and payload requirements.

• The body is sandblasted and a quality prime and finish paint is applied.

Here is the USTC 110-35 before the rebuilding process began.

The stabilizers and pads are removed, cleaned, inspected and
ready to be repaired and rebuilt.

The boom asembly is taken apart with all sections and rollers removed, inspected, cleaned and ready for rebuild.

The Trolley Boom Cylinder is dissasembled and inspected for straightness. It will be honed, rechromed and rebuilt with new
seals.

The Swing Drive Assembly is removed and inspected. If needed, we will rebuild the swing drive and install a new motor. The main bearing is also removed and sent out for critical inspection and rebuilt if necessary.

The rebuilt cylinders and stabilizers are back from the rebuilder and ready for reassembly. The cylinders have been completely honed, rechromed and rebuilt with new seal kits and come with our 180 day warranty.

The pedestal structure has been inspected, rebuilt and primed and is ready for assembly.

The pedestal structure is remounted onto the customers new vehicle which is also being built.

The final product: a fully rebuilt Trolley Boom crane that meets or exceeds the factory specs, giving it a long service life at a lower cost than a new boom.
