Original TrolleyBoom

Here is the USTC 110-35 before the rebuilding process began.

Stabilizers and Pads

The stabilizers and pads are removed, cleaned, inspected and
ready to be repaired and rebuilt.

Boom

The boom asembly is taken apart with all sections and rollers removed, inspected, cleaned and ready for rebuild.

Main Cylinder

The Trolley Boom Cylinder is dissasembled and inspected for straightness. It will be honed, rechromed and rebuilt with new
seals.

Swing Drive Assembly

The Swing Drive Assembly is removed and inspected. If needed, we will rebuild the swing drive and install a new motor. The main bearing is also removed and sent out for critical inspection and rebuilt if necessary.

Rebuilt Stabilizers

The rebuilt cylinders and stabilizers are back from the rebuilder and ready for reassembly. The cylinders have been completely honed, rechromed and rebuilt with new seal kits and come with our 180 day warranty.

Turret

The pedestal structure has been inspected, rebuilt and primed and is ready for assembly.

Turret on Truck

The pedestal structure is remounted onto the customers new vehicle which is also being built.

Finished Trolley Boom

The final product: a fully rebuilt Trolley Boom crane that meets or exceeds the factory specs, giving it a long service life at a lower cost than a new boom.
